The building's walls are constructed from high-quality WXP panels. WXP panels are cross-laminated timber panels where each layer is fastened together with nails. They are manufactured using cladding-profile lamellae, which allow the visible sides of the panels to be used for both exterior and interior finishing. WXP panels can be processed and painted just like other wood materials. The building's roof is constructed from WHP panels. WHP panels are made from two types of timber with different cross-sections, joined together with steel nails to form a ribbed-profile panel. The nails are driven in from the sides, so the panels have no visible nail holes or other fastening marks.
